About the role
We're looking for a Founding Product Engineer to take ownership of SyncdIn, an AI-powered networking platform where AI "twins" help people discover meaningful professional relationships, collaborations, and opportunities. This is not a traditional software engineering role. You'll be expected to think like a founder, making product decisions, prioritizing features, talking to users, iterating quickly, and building experiences people genuinely love. You'll have significant ownership over the product and the opportunity to shape its future from the ground up.

What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of SyncdIn's product development.
- Design, build, and ship new features rapidly using modern AI-assisted development tools.
- Improve user experience, engagement, retention, and product virality.
- Analyze user feedback and product data to make informed decisions.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on ideas with minimal direction.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to define the product roadmap.
- Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and overall product quality.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with modern web technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar).
- Excellent product intuition and user-first thinking.
- Ability to work independently and make high-quality product decisions.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or Codex.
- Fast learner with an ownership mindset and bias toward execution.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered products.
- Experience with mobile applications or PWAs.
- Knowledge of growth loops, product analytics, and user retention.
- Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience.
- Experience shipping products from idea to production.
